MCT Names '21st-Century Mountain Resort' Park Among 9 National Cultural Industry Demonstration Parks
The MCT designated nine parks, including the '21st-Century Mountain Resort' Cultural Tourism Industrial Park, as National Cultural Industry Demonstration Parks.
To the departments (bureaus) of culture and tourism of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and the second, third, fourth and fifth plenary sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee, standardize the development of cultural industry parks, and promote the high-quality development of the cultural industry, in accordance with the 'Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on Doing a Good Job in the Acceptance Inspection of the Establishment of National-Level Cultural Industry Demonstration Parks' (Ban Chanye Fa [2020] No. 84), and after acceptance inspection and public announcement of the parks that obtained establishment qualifications in 2017, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has decided to name the following 9 parks as 'National-Level Cultural Industry Demonstration Parks' (in order of administrative division):
Hebei Province — '21st Century Mountain Resort' Cultural Tourism Industry Park
Jilin Province — Jilin Province Northeast Asia Cultural and Creative Science and Technology Park (and at the same time the title of 'National-Level Cultural Industry Pilot Park' is revoked)
Zhejiang Province — Hangzhou Baimahu (White Horse Lake) Ecological Creative City
Jiangxi Province — Jingdezhen Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Block
Shandong Province — Taierzhuang Ancient City Cultural Industry Park (and at the same time the title of 'National-Level Cultural Industry Pilot Park' is revoked)
Chongqing Municipality — Chongqing Nanbin Road Cultural Industry Park
It is hoped that the parks named this time will cherish the honor, make persistent efforts, adhere to putting social benefits first, firmly grasp the correct orientation, uphold integrity and innovate, vigorously cultivate and promote the core socialist values, continuously improve the quality, efficiency and core competitiveness of park development, provide more cultural products that can both meet the people's cultural needs and strengthen the people's spiritual strength, realize the organic unity of social and economic benefits, fully give play to the exemplary, leading and radiating role, and make due contributions to promoting the high-quality development of China's cultural industry.
