Jiangxi Culture & Tourism Hong Kong-Macao Promotion Month Launches
On June 22, the 2026 'Picturesque Jiangxi' Jiangxi culture and tourism (Macao) promotion event was held in Macao, launching the Hong Kong-Macao promotion month.
On June 22, the 2026 'Picturesque Jiangxi, Uniquely Beautiful Scenery' Jiangxi Culture and Tourism (Macao) Promotion Conference was held in Macao. At the event, the 2026 'Picturesque Jiangxi, Uniquely Beautiful Scenery' Culture and Tourism Hong Kong and Macao Promotion Month was launched.
The event comprehensively showcased Jiangxi's high-quality culture and tourism resources and industrial development achievements and built a matchmaking platform for resource sharing, mutual visitor exchange and win-win cooperation between Jiangxi and Macao. At the event, four premium themed tourist routes exclusive to Macao were released, linking rich resources such as Jiangxi's mountains and rivers and ecology, cultural heritage and rural leisure, and covering diverse business formats such as sightseeing and vacationing, in-depth study tours, parent-child leisure and trendy travel, precisely matching the consumption preferences and travel needs of tourists from Macao and the Greater Bay Area.
The event also featured a 'Picturesque Jiangxi, Uniquely Beautiful Scenery' photo exhibition and an 'Intangible Cultural Heritage Lights Up Life—Jiangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage in Images' photography exhibition, along with immersive, interactive intangible cultural heritage skill performances, allowing all sectors in Macao to directly experience the charm of Jiangxi's intangible cultural heritage and its cultural depth. The event integrated measures such as culture and tourism incentives and subsidies from various cities and exclusive scenic area discounts, and rolled out exclusive benefit gift packages. Six scenic areas, including Mount Lu, Tengwang Pavilion and Huangling, as well as Jiangxi Heyi International Travel Service and Jiangxi Yijing International Travel Service, conducted on-site promotions and engaging interactions, interpreting in multiple dimensions the beauty of the landscapes and the charm of the culture of the Gan-Po land.
According to the introduction, in the next step, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism will steadily advance the 'Discover Jiangxi' overseas promotion plan, continue to deepen institutionalized culture and tourism cooperation between Jiangxi and Macao, iteratively upgrade the Jiangxi–Macao exclusive culture and tourism product system and benefit-the-people policies, and regularly carry out culture and tourism exchange activities between the two places.
