2026 Model Group Tour Contracts Issued, with a New Study-Tourism Contract

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the market regulator jointly issued the 2026 model group tour contracts (No. 5 of 2026), revising the existing templates and adding a model study-tourism contract, to be promoted nationwide from March 31, 2026.

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the notice on the 2026 model group tour contracts (No. WENLÜSHICHANGFA [2026] 5).

The notice revises the existing model group tour contracts, adds a model study-tourism contract, and requires the new templates to be promoted nationwide from March 31, 2026, while repealing several earlier templates.
