Jingwu·Banyan Tree Hotel Project Lands in Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan
On July 27, the Wulingyuan district government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Banyan Group and Jingwu Group, bringing the Jingwu·Banyan Tree hotel project to Wulingyuan.
On July 27, the Wulingyuan District People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Banyan Group and Jingwu Group, and the Jingwu · Banyan Hongju hotel project officially settled in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie. This is another important investment-attraction achievement of the provincial cultural and creative tourism industry doubling plan in the field of "high-quality accommodation." Liao Jian, member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and Wu Wenhai, member of the Standing Committee of the Zhangjiajie Municipal Party Committee and head of the Municipal Publicity Department, attended and witnessed the signing.
At the signing ceremony, Wulingyuan District and Jingwu Group signed an investment-attraction agreement, and Jingwu Group and Banyan Group, as well as the Bank of Changsha Zhangjiajie Branch and Jingwu Group, respectively signed strategic cooperation agreements. Banyan Group's high-end resort brand "Hongju" entered Wulingyuan for the first time, with the government, the enterprise, and the bank joining hands to create a new benchmark for high-end vacations.
Since the beginning of this year, the Office of the Special Task Force for the Provincial Cultural and Creative Tourism Industry Chain has thoroughly implemented the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Deep Integration of Culture and Tourism Development" of the provincial Party committee and provincial government, and implemented the "Action Plan for the Construction of the Greater Zhangjiajie International Tourism Area." It has focused on industry chain investment attraction, proactively provided front-line services, strengthened factor guarantees, and continuously optimized the business environment. The signing of this project is a pragmatic achievement of industry chain investment attraction and effectively fills the shortfall in Zhangjiajie's high-end vacation business forms.
After the project is completed, it will enrich Wulingyuan's high-end residential tourism supply and enhance Zhangjiajie's international tourism reception capacity. The Office of the Special Task Force for the Provincial Cultural and Creative Tourism Industry Chain will continue to track and serve the project and make every effort to help achieve the goal of doubling the industry.
