乘坐高铁前往黄龙九寨站（因为我们尊重你的脊椎）景区专车送至酒店可选：傍晚散步或早点睡（九寨沟地区海拔约2,000–2,500米，要注意身体）

九寨沟——重头戏

全天游览九寨沟国家公园：五花海（五花海）——水的颜色比你心情的变化还多珍珠滩瀑布（珍珠滩瀑布）——86版《西游记》的取景地。没错，就是那个瀑布。镜海、诺日朗瀑布等——基本就是一场"地质炫耀的经典名场面合集" 小贴士：自带零食和水。景区内有餐厅，但选择有限（且价格不菲）。

Altitude Alert： Jiuzhaigou sits at ~2，000-3，100m (6，500-10，000 ft). Huanglong is higher. If you get winded climbing stairs， take it slow and stay hydrated. Train Tickets： We arrange these for you， but during peak season (July-Oct)， book early or prepare for standing-room-only chaos. Packing List： Layers! Mountain weather is moody. Sunscreen， comfy shoes， phone charger， sense of adventure. Food： Sichuan cuisine is SPICY. If you can’t handle heat， learn the phrase “不要辣” (bú yào là) = “no spicy please.” (Pro tip： Even “no spicy” dishes may have a mild kick—it’s just how Sichuan rolls. Start mild and work your way up!)
