Special arrangement: Nyingchi to Lhasa plateau bullet train/Fuxing EMU. Worry-free high-altitude support: 1. Medical oxygen cylinders stocked in the vehicle. 2. Oxygen-supplied hotels throughout Lhasa. 3. A doctor's room visit on the first night to safeguard you as a newcomer to the plateau. Important Notes: 1. [Altitude Sickness] After entering Tibet, make sure to rest, drink plenty of water, and avoid rushing or overexerting yourself; do not overeat or drink excessively. It is best not to drink alcohol, smoke, or bathe. For mild symptoms, it is advisable not to rush to use oxygen; you may take oral anti-hypoxia medications such as Rhodiola and Gao Yuan An. 2. [Important Reminder] When in Rome, do as the Romans do. Please respect local customs, habits, and taboos; keep them firmly in mind when the guide explains them. 3. [People who should not travel to Tibetan areas] Those with obvious heart, lung, brain, liver, or kidney disease, as well as those with severe anemia, high blood pressure, or a severe cold, should not blindly enter the plateau. Please have a medical checkup at a hospital before entering Tibet. You will be responsible for the consequences of concealing your health condition and entering Tibet without authorization. 4. [Those with a cold must not enter Tibet] Because a cold patient's bodily functions are impaired, their resistance is weakened, and their body's defensive burden is increased, entering Tibet with a severe cold can easily develop into other high-altitude illnesses, especially pulmonary edema, a particularly dangerous high-altitude disease that can be life-threatening if not treated promptly. If you have a cold, it is recommended that you recover before entering Tibet; do not bring cold germs into Tibet. 5. [What kind of clothing to bring when entering Tibet] Because the ultraviolet rays in Tibet are especially strong, it is best not to wear short-sleeved tops or shorts. In spring, autumn, and winter, it is recommended to bring a down jacket and thermal underwear. For Mount Everest, the Ngari region, and northern Tibet, a down jacket is a must all year round.
