Shandong's culture and tourism department and finance department jointly issued reward measures for attracting inbound tourists, rewarding up to RMB 100,000 per inbound charter flight landing at Shandong airports.

Shandong's Department of Culture and Tourism and Department of Finance jointly issued trial reward measures for attracting inbound tourists (No. LÜWENLÜFA [2025] 4).

Under inbound large-group rewards, an inbound charter flight landing at a Shandong airport, with at least 2 consecutive nights in Shandong and visits to at least 2 paid scenic areas, may receive up to RMB 100,000 per flight when carrying 120 or more passengers, or up to RMB 60,000 for 60-119 passengers.
