Old town and alleys
Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli keep the flavor of old Chengdu, while Wuhou Shrine and Du Fu Thatched Cottage carry the history of the Three Kingdoms and the great poet.
Food and surroundings
Hotpot, skewers, rabbit head and more — Chengdu's food is a world of its own. Dujiangyan and Mount Qingcheng are close enough for a day trip.
