China Issues “One Plan, Two Measures” for International Aviation Hub Development
CAAC, together with the NDRC and the Ministry of Transport, issued the Implementation Plan for International Aviation Hub Development and two related measures, detailing tasks across functional positioning, planning, coordinated operation, transport services and assessment, and proposing a hub-oriented aviation resource allocation policy.
According to CAAC, the Civil Aviation Administration of China issued the Implementation Plan for International Aviation Hub Development together with the Measures for Selecting Lead Hub Operators and the Measures for Evaluating International Aviation Hubs and Hub Operators (the “one plan, two measures”).
The documents detail tasks in hub functional positioning, planning and construction, coordinated operation, transport services and assessment, and propose a hub-oriented aviation resource allocation policy.
